Delivery is included in the prices and is normally next day for most of UK. A signature is required for parcels - so if there is no-one home then a neighbour will need to sign for it. Give us the details when you order. We also need a phone number for the carrier to contact you if he has problems. Saturday morning or before 10am delivery can be arranged at extra cost. For deliveries to most of Europe we use DHL and charge a slightly higher rate than UK - currently £26 on most goods [excludes bulky items such as boxes & trays]. If you want to buy in Euros then buy on the web-site normally with a credit card and your credit card company will convert the final bill to Euros. VAT is chargeable at UK rates and is already included in our prices.
