bak-rak and its accessories are sold direct to make sure you get maximum value for money. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the product and we will do anything needed to make sure you are more than happy with it. Some information you’ll need to know about how we delivery, accept returns, and your warranty is below.

Delivery

The majority of our products are held in third party warehouses ready for shipment. To mainland UK, we aim to ship within 3 working days, and our standard delivery time is 3 working days. For other and international orders, we’ll be in touch.

Certain items are made to order – a typical delivery time for these items will be stated in the product description.

RETURNS

All purchases that don’t meet your needs can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of a item, a refund will be processed.

Items made to order, such as the canoe-rak and kayak-rak, are subject to different conditions.

Other returns may be accepted subject to a 20% restocking fee and any other costs incurred in making the items suitable for re-sale.

WARRANTY

Our expectation is that the structure of our products will last indefinitely – so if you have any problems get in touch with us.

All bak-raks are covered by a 2, 3 or 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects – see individual product descriptions for more information.

In order to make a warranty claim, please send a photo of the defect to [email protected].

Warranty claims are limited to the price paid for your purchase.
